  • Submitting this form does not automatically publish your venue in Aktib.
  • The form starts a backend owner-account setup. Aktib sends the dashboard invite only after verifying the business.
  • Aktib may ask for proof of ownership or management authority before enabling owner tools.
  • Venue listings can represent a physical venue, a club headquarters, a coach-led program, or a nationwide sports group.
  • Public booking, queues, payments, and ads are enabled only after the required operational setup is reviewed.
  • Payment gateway features depend on provider approval, business documents, and final compliance checks.

Common questions

Do I need an Aktib app account to submit?

No. This form works before an app account exists. Submission creates the owner-intake record; after verification, Aktib creates or links the backend owner account and sends a secure dashboard invite.

Is the owner operating system really free?

Yes. The core owner tools are free for approved venue partners: booking management, queueing, court setup, basic analytics, operating boards, and listing controls. Paid ads or payment-provider fees are separate when those features are enabled.

What can I manage from the owner dashboard?

Owners can manage courts, availability, pricing, closures, bookings, payment status, player queues, rotations, venue content, announcements, staff workflows, analytics, and growth campaigns as those modules are enabled.

Can Aktib replace my spreadsheet or Messenger workflow?

That is the goal. Aktib should let owners run the venue from one place instead of stitching together chat threads, spreadsheets, payment screenshots, and manual queue lists.

Can clubs without a fixed court register?

Yes. Clubs and nationwide groups can use a city or headquarters tag instead of a venue pin. They can still use community, event, roster, announcement, and queue tools.

Will Aktib handle payments immediately?

Not automatically. Manual payment tracking can be used first. Payment rails such as GCash, InstaPay, cards, or wallets require provider setup and business verification before production use.

What documents should we prepare?

Bring the materials that let Aktib verify ownership and publish accurate operations without back-and-forth.

  • Government registration or business identity.
  • Owner, manager, or authorized operator contact details.
  • Venue photos, court count, amenities, operating hours, rules, and pricing.
  • Payout details when payment tracking or gateway settlement is requested.
  • Existing booking, queue, league, or rotation process if Aktib is replacing a current workflow.
