PaymentsGCash and InstaPay proofs in one queue
Most venues run on a notebook, a group chat and a GCash inbox. Double bookings happen, proofs get lost, and the walk-in queue lives on a whiteboard.
Aktib gives you one screen for bookings, walk-ins, the queue, payments and your venue page. Players find you on the map, and every booking arrives with its payment status attached.
Listing is free while we open city by city. We review every venue before it goes live.

FAQ
What is Aktib?
Aktib is an app for finding and joining real-world games in the Philippines. You see open plays, free court slots and friends going near you, book in a few taps, and keep the group chat next to the booking.
Is Aktib free for players?
Yes. Early access is free for players. Venues set their own court and open-play prices, and you always see them in PHP before you book.
Which cities is Aktib in?
Venues are mapped in 61 Philippine cities, from Metro Manila to Cebu and Davao. We open city groups one at a time; early-access invites go out as each area opens.
How do payments work?
You pay the venue directly, by GCash, InstaPay or at the desk, and upload your proof in the app. The venue confirms it, and your booking shows each step: pending, proof sent, confirmed.
What is Pasalo?
If your plans change, Pasalo lets you hand your slot to another player instead of losing it. You chat with the person claiming it, and the venue sees the handoff.
Do I need to be good to join?
No. Open plays and clinics show their level up front, and many are marked beginner friendly. You can see who else is going before you ask to join.
I own a venue. How do I get listed?
Register your venue on the owner page. We review every listing before it goes live, then you run bookings, walk-ins, the queue and payments from the Aktib owner dashboard.
